Supreme court appoints mediator in Rani Vs Priya legal battle over Sunjay’s estate
The Supreme Court has appointed former CJI DY Chandrachud as a mediator in the estate dispute between Sunjay Kapur’s widow, Priya Sachdev Kapur, and his mother, Rani Kapur. The 80-year-old mother is challenging a family trust, alleging forged documents.
